Elizabeth J. Marshall, President and Chief Executive Officer
Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience deploying GIS and remote sensing technologies. She has initiated GIS at numerous local and state governments, and private organizations. Prior to incorporating Marshall in 1994, Elizabeth led a GIS team for an engineering firm and developed remote sensing applications for a major defense contractor. As corporate visionary and strategic planner, she manages the firm's partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities.

Brad Montgomery, Operations Manager
Brad has been working with information technologies for 20 years. He brings 14 years of project management experience at organizations including Microsoft, King County, and ESRI.

Terry Bartlett, Strategic Partnership Manager
Terry serves as a liaison between ESRI and other business partners, Marshall developers, and our customers. Terry has an in-depth understanding of ESRI and their products gained through nine years as ESRI's Senior Marketing Representative. He has the unique ability to identify the right technology to meet a given need - over the years; he has worked with hundreds of clients in this capacity.

Rich Harper, Director of Application Development
Rich, a pioneer in ESRI-based software development, leads an expert team in developing innovative spatial enterprise integration solutions. He has developed commercial software solutions for our clients, and recently designed and developed GeoResults, Marshall’s newest .NET –based solutions.
