In this new position, Roy will support the continued growth of Marshall's services business and oversee the delivery of innovative solutions and services. Based at Marshall's Boise, ID office, Roy has an extensive range of experience successfully managing projects for utilities nationally and internationally. He has implemented GIS and managed data and application development at investor-owned, municipal and cooperative utilities. A former Nuclear Reactor Operator in the US Navy, Roy holds a MA in Geography from Columbia University and has the Project Management Professional and GIS Professional designations.
