Olympia,
WA - December 3, 2008 - Loudoun Water recently migrated from a legacy
ESRI ArcInfo system to an ArcGIS 9.2 system. They also migrated from their
Hansen 7-based asset and work management system to the web services-based
Hansen 8 platform. These shifts in technology have presented unique challenges
to the continued delivery of timely and relevant geospatial data to Loudoun
Water's diverse group of end users responsible for supporting a growing
customer base.
Loudoun Water's GIS department has selected Marshall's
GeoResults Sync software to help support the integration of their ESRI
GIS and Hansen enterprise business systems. GeoResults Sync leverages
and enhances the capabilities of these two industry leading technologies
by streamlining data operations work flows.
