Marshall Corporate Advisory Board of Directors

Two distinguished executives, Mr. Ward Parkinson and Mr. Tom Kealey, make up Marshall's Corporate Advisory Board of Directors. Parkinson and Kealey bring global technology and financial experience to Marshall.

Ward Parkinson
Ward is Vice President and a Director of Ovonyx, Inc., which he co-founded in 1999. In 1978, Ward co-founded Micron Technology and served as its chairman and CEO through its first ten years and initial public offering. Today, Micron is one of the top semiconductor memory sales leaders worldwide.

Ward is a member of the Board of Directors for Blue Cross of Idaho and is a former member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He also founded and chaired the Boise River Trail Foundation. Ward attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, Utah State University, and Stanford University. He is a member of the Chicago-Kent Board of Overseers and the Engineering Board of Advisors for Utah State University and Boise State University.

Tom Kealey
Tom lives in Boise, Idaho and is President of Silver Creek Holding Company and a Venture Partner for Buerk Dale Victor LLC of Seattle. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in accounting and finance from the University of Washington and he is a CPA.

Prior to forming Silver Creek Holding Co., he served as the Senior Financial Officer of Morrison Knudsen Corp., Boise, ID and President of Morrison Knudsen Capital. Tom held executive business development positions at GE Capital, Chicago, IL and served as President of growth companies for the Pritzker and Duchossois families in Chicago.

Tom currently serves on the boards of Idaho Banking Co., Endowment Fund Investment Board for the State of Idaho, Idaho TechConnect and the University of Washington Business School Advisory Board.
